Wow! I'm lost for words. Incredible service, amazing food. Just wonderful. Thank you for everything, dear Schattbuch team.

Unfortunately a bit disappointed, good but not sensational. We were there for lunch and two of us chose the lunch menu which was ok, but nothing more. Of course, the price level is set low here but nevertheless we expected more. The ala carte dishes were also not outstanding. There was also no greeting from the kitchen, which is actually standard in a star restaurant. Maybe our expectations were just too high? ... What a shame

We were invited to a wedding, from my point of view the top location for such an occasion. For the free ceremony there is a kind of hall with stairs on which the guests sit like in the cinema ... good idea so everyone has a good view of the others Guests. On the upper floor is the large dining room where about 100 guests can be seated in a very nice atmosphere. The bar, kitchen and restaurant are located on the ground floor. They are served by very trained, friendly and, above all, attentive staff. The selected dishes are very tasty and beautifully presented. Conclusion here it can be celebrated.

We celebrated our wedding in the Schattbuch Restaurant. We weren't lucky with the weather, but even more so with the choice of location. It was a wonderful day to which the Schattbuch team also contributed. We didn't have to worry about anything that evening and were pampered from front to back by this great team. Great ambience, great service, great food. Nothing was missing. There was a lot of praise for you from all sides! Thank you for this unforgettable day. This location can only be recommended.

Super nice wine evening for connoisseurs with South Tyrolean wines from the Kornell winery. The 5 course menu was, as so often, from another planet. I have probably never eaten so delicious. Kudos to everyone involved.

So good eating people. We wanted to eat here for almost 2 years. Now it worked because we were passing through. I can only say that the evening was totally worth it. We had spoiled ourselves with a more than very good menu and a wine tour. I can only say "sensational". Everything was really right here (composition, taste, etc.). The entire staff is great. All wishes were practically read from the eyes. I don't want to comment on the many courses of the menu here, otherwise it would have been a novel. The pictures I have taken are likely to be meaningful (the order of the pictures is the sequence).

The 6-course menu was worth it because each course was refined and coherently coordinated and prepared. As a small highlight you can probably name the cheese wagon with its exceptional selection - definitely try it! We had a wonderful evening with croaking frogs at the pond, great service and a delicious menu! And despite the star, everything is somehow uncomplicated and authentic - gladly again!

The chef has a Michelin star. You can see that, you can taste it and you can feel it in your wallet. Everything is just right here. Service top. The palate is extremely spoiled here. Five stars here are still not enough. We recommend.

Excellent food, perfectly matched. The non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment was a special taste experience. The service is courteous. I will gladly come again!

Nice restaurant well decorated and amazing bar. Staff is friendly. Please put a screen to block the toilets from the dining area as it is very odd.
